Is the AI design final?
No. AI layouts are drafts. Your designer checks measurements, clearances and site conditions, edits the model and finalises every design.
Can it change walls or move plumbing?
It can suggest a layout that needs a service moved and will say so clearly. Structural, electrical and plumbing changes must be checked by qualified professionals.
