1. Using the service
By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your studio. You must give accurate sign up details and keep login credentials private. The account owner is responsible for activity by team members they invite.
2. Plans and seats
Paid plans are billed per designer. Site measurers, supervisors, carpenters and workshop users are included at no extra cost. The free plan allows three rooms to be measured, designed and quoted, with no time limit.
3. Measurements and designs
Measurements are entered by your team, and plans, layouts, quotes and cut lists are produced from them. You are responsible for checking every measurement on site before production.
4. AI-drafted layouts
Layouts drafted by the AI Room Designer are suggestions. A designer on your team must review clearances, services and site conditions and approve the final design. Structural, electrical, gas and plumbing changes must be checked and carried out by qualified professionals. We are not responsible for work carried out without that review.
5. Quotes, tax and pricing
Quotes are calculated from the rates, margins and tax settings you enter. You are responsible for the prices and tax treatment you offer your clients.
6. Cut lists and production
Cut lists and machine exports follow the sheet sizes, kerf and edge settings you configure. Run a test cut when you set up a new machine or board type. We are not liable for board, laminate or hardware wasted because of incorrect settings or measurements.
7. Your content
Your studio owns its projects, designs, price lists and photos. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. You confirm you have the client's permission to upload photos of their home.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you have no right to share.
- Do not try to access another studio's data or disrupt the service.
- Do not resell or copy the software or its module libraries.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service running at all times and plan maintenance outside Indian working hours. The site app stores work offline and syncs when a connection returns.
10. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after notice where practical. See the Refund and Cancellation policy for billing on closure.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your studio paid in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
