1. Try before you pay
Every studio can measure, design and quote three rooms on the free plan before paying. We encourage you to use it with a real project first.
2. Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the paid month, and no further charge is made. Partial months are not refunded.
3. Yearly plans
If you cancel a yearly plan within 14 days of the first payment, we refund the full amount. After 14 days, the plan stays active until the end of the paid year and is not renewed.
4. Removing designers
When you remove a designer seat, the change applies from the next billing date. Adding a designer is charged pro rata for the rest of the period.
5. Changing grade
Upgrades apply straight away and are charged pro rata. Downgrades apply from the next billing date. Projects using features not in the lower grade stay readable.
6. Your data after cancellation
After cancellation you can export projects, quotes and cut lists for 90 days. After that, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. How to request a refund
The account owner can request a refund through the contact page. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
