1. AI layouts are drafts
The AI Room Designer drafts layouts from measurements, openings, service points and the client brief. Every draft is reviewed, edited and finalised by a designer before a client sees it as a proposal.
2. What it checks
Drafts are checked for walkway width, door and appliance swing, hob and sink spacing, window sill heights and module fit. When a layout is not possible, the reason is shown, for example a door clearance under the required width.
3. What it does not replace
Structural, electrical, gas and plumbing changes must be checked by qualified professionals. A draft that relies on moving a service point says so clearly, and should not be built without that review.
4. Site conditions
Walls out of plumb, uneven floors, damp and hidden pipes cannot be seen in measurements. Designers should confirm site conditions before production.
5. Data used for drafting
Drafting uses room geometry, your module library and your rules. Client names, addresses and home photos are not used to train models.
6. Private by default
Client home photos and plans are shared only with the studio team on that project and with the client. Studio data is encrypted and never sold.
7. Reporting a problem
If a draft suggests something unsafe or clearly wrong, report it from the layout screen. Reports are reviewed by our product team and used to improve checks.
